Peak Seasons: During high-volume commercial windows (such as holidays or major global sales events), transit windows may extend to 15 to 25 business days. We appreciate your patience as our logistics partners work to deliver your items securely.
3. Comprehensive Order Tracking

Tracking Activation: A shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number will be generated automatically as soon as your package is handed over to the international courier.

Data Latency: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the courier's tracking portal to update its database with active location scans once you receive your tracking number.

Multi-Item Shipments: To accelerate delivery times and avoid customs hold-ups on large orders, items within the same purchase may occasionally be dispatched in separate packages. You will receive unique tracking credentials for each distinct package in these scenarios.
4. Lost Packages & Delivery Exceptions

Address Accuracy: The buyer assumes full responsibility for ensuring the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not financially liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the client, or for packages marked as "Delivered" by local postal carriers that go missing.

Unclaimed Shipments: If a package is returned to our international facility because it was unclaimed at the destination address or because an incorrect delivery profile was provided, the customer will be eligible for a same-price store credit exchange minus a standardized restocking and logistics fee.
